Had email and text telling me delivery coming tomorrow. Tracking unavailable. Delivery didn't come. Took the day off work without pay to be available. They scanned the item into the local depot at inverness the day before. I live 20 minutes away. Waste of time and money.Contacted customer services by email, including the one theybuse on here for the complains, no response. Phoned them, told someone would ring me back. They didn't. No reply, no excuse, no point. Every time something gets sent with these , it's the same. Pathetic.
