Worst delivery company ever. They have three of my parcels, from three separate senders and all have been mysteriously “misrouted”……all very, very late and now I’m unable to reopen my small business as plannedand I’ve been closed since 2019……they just don’t care. They have my card machine, menu boards and large box of coffee beans and tea. I’ve been fobbed off, lied to…..phoned numerous times over the last week asking to speak to a manager, he/she never returned my call.Please do not use this terrible, shockingly bad company!! They should be made to pay for my loss of earnings, my staffs loss of earnings and loss of all the food bought and prepared in readiness for opening and now can’t because of their ineptitude and total lack of respect and morals in honouring their contractual obligations.
