This review pertains to the customer support I encountered, not their product. It seems the individual in charge decided against sending my order after I highlighted their inconsistencies. I wasn't rude, just direct, but this seemed to upset them as I pointed out their misleading information regarding shipping times. I have proof through text messages. Initially, I struggled to place my order online due to insufficient funds on my credit card, which was my fault. However, when I tried again, the website was difficult to navigate. I’m not very tech-savvy, so I reached out via email and called around 2:00 p.m. on Thursday. Eventually, I had to pay through PayPal. The representative contacted me at 5:00 p.m. to assist, stating packages were already sent for the day and that mine would ship the next day (Friday). On Friday at 6:00 p.m., I messaged customer service to check on my package since I hadn’t received tracking information. Their reply was a "no," even though I was told they ship in the afternoon. Shortly after, I received an email claiming my package was sent early that morning, which confused me. I was frustrated because if they had shipped it before 5:00 p.m. on Friday, I likely would have received it by Saturday or at least Monday, given it was a short distance from Las Vegas to Los Angeles. I informed the representative that if my package didn’t arrive by Saturday, it would be our last transaction. They seemed upset, possibly feeling embarrassed, and went to retrieve the package. I never requested a refund, as evidenced in our text conversation. I could have ordered the same item from another site and received it by Friday. They really need to simplify their ordering process. I chose to order from them to explore different options. Now, my order has been canceled, and I still haven't received my money back in my PayPal account. I wish I could share the text message screenshots here. This might be a situation where I need to involve the appropriate authorities.
