I have been a tenant with the service for about ten years. When I have requested repairs, they have been addressed in a timely manner and to a high standard. Every call has been answered quickly, and all my queries have been resolved efficiently. My home is well-maintained, having received a new kitchen, bathroom, and downstairs toilet in the last couple of years. I have found the service to be a compassionate and understanding landlord throughout my time here. Participating in customer experience panels and focus groups allows tenants to have a voice, which is also a positive aspect. I can't find any faults with them.
