I reached out to the customer service team, but instead of receiving assistance, the support agent insisted I should communicate in Italian rather than addressing my issue. When I explained my inability to speak Italian and used English, I was told that since I was dealing with the Italian branch, I should write in Italian, despite the fact that my issue remained unresolved. This is unprofessional for an international company. Customer support should prioritize solutions over language debates.
