I reside in Italy and my order has been delayed since December 24. I reached out to the customer service team, but instead of receiving assistance, the support agent insisted I should communicate in Italian rather than addressing my issue. When I explained my inability to speak Italian and used English, I was told that since I was dealing with the Italian branch, I should write in Italian, despite the fact that my issue remained unresolved. This is unprofessional for an international company. Customer support should prioritize solutions over language debates.
One of the most frustrating aspects is the inclusion of ads and spyware in the operating system, coupled with inadequate support. Every time I reach out, I receive generic replies that fail to address my concerns. It's evident that no one reviews my emails. Complaints are met with the same automated responses. The lack of genuine customer care is disheartening. I bought a new phone, but it came with an undesirable version of the operating system that I can't change without an arduous unlocking process. This company seems more focused on profit than on customer satisfaction.
The prices fluctuate unpredictably. I tried to use a discount code, but it only applied to select items. The air purifier filters are overpriced, and the purifiers themselves feel like basic fans with a filter. The phone's battery life is disappointing, and despite its high megapixel camera, it underperforms in practical use. Overall, I find better alternatives for both air purifiers and phones.
I ordered a tablet as a supportive gift for my daughter, who is hospitalized. The delivery was a disaster, causing us to miss vital visitation time, which was emotionally devastating.
