One of the most frustrating aspects is the inclusion of ads and spyware in the operating system, coupled with inadequate support. Every time I reach out, I receive generic replies that fail to address my concerns. It's evident that no one reviews my emails. Complaints are met with the same automated responses. The lack of genuine customer care is disheartening. I bought a new phone, but it came with an undesirable version of the operating system that I can't change without an arduous unlocking process.
