If there were an option for less than one star, I would choose that. I made a reservation through a third-party service, but the name was different. Upon arrival, I faced over an hour of wait time for the shuttle. When I called the number on my reservation, the representative assured me someone was on the way. After 30 minutes, I called again to explain I had a meeting, but the representative was rude and ended the call, blocking my number. The shuttle finally arrived after an hour and a half. At the office, the staff member processing my rental claimed she didn’t speak English. Despite providing my license, insurance, and credit card, she refused my insurance and demanded an additional payment. After much back and forth, I decided not to rent and asked her to delete my personal information, which she refused. I had to call the authorities to assist with that. Be aware of the different names used online and in the office. If you see any of these names, it's best to avoid them.
