I spoke with a representative regarding a corporate event for a high-profile artist. He rushed me to sign the contract, assuring me he would customize it to meet the Artist's specific needs. After discussing with the Artist, he couldn’t provide those specifications and wanted to offer inferior sound options instead. I called back with two alternatives: #1, no substitutes, and he could fulfill the original order as required/modified. #2, just handle the stage and lighting. He then tried to use the terms and conditions of the signed contract as leverage. Keep in mind this all unfolded within hours, not days. We didn't hold his inventory or prevent other sales. The CEO contacted me, but he was not solution-oriented at all. I provided him with two options, and he struggled to respond. I would not recommend this company. I have since referred them to legal counsel. Avoid them!
