Would give no stars if I could. Spent over £200 on their website on one item as a gift for someone. They had the gift opened and used for no longer than a mouth and the gold plating is coming off around the whole bracelet and it’s tarnished already when it’s only been worn a couple of times. For the price they charge the quality does not match up. I was refused a refund, on their product, that isn’t of merchantable quality and was offered store credit instead… why would I want store credit for a company with products I’m not happy with? Biggest waste of money!
