Ares Teal mens bracelet - Really disappointing purchase for husbands birthday. Poor quality and really cheap looking. Large size way too small for a normal man’s wrist. Beware the quality and packaging. No gift box, would have expected more for price.
Placed an order over 2 weeks ago and it's still not even been dispatched when you order they say they'll dispatch it within 1-2 business days barely got a response from email support and Instagram they choose to read the message but chose to not reply. After about a week of emails I finally got a response telling me they accidentally ran out of stock of the item and are waiting for the shipment from the factory and the item won't be available atleast until a month later but when checking the website you can still buy the "out of stock" item they're happy enough to take your money even when they know they don't have the stock to fulfill the order. After another email they told me they can guarantee they can dispatch it by last Friday but guess what they still haven't and have not replied to any of my follow up emails honestly it's not worth the hassle if you do order anything from these guys pay using PayPal and your credit card so you can do a chargeback just in case I don't see myself getting the piece any time soon such a shame
Don't buy their Lynx necklace. It got a kink in it days after wearing it. They replaced it for me and the same thing happened to the next and then it broke. They refused a refund and would only offer store credit. I much cheeper, higher quality neclaces on Vacier. I do really like the cactus charm I purchsed though.

Miansai customer service is excellent. I purchased a bracelet for my son-in-law for his birthday. The bracelet broke and I reached out to the customer service department and Tere sent another one very quickly. I highly recommend this company.
Paid extra for fast shopping and it came way later. Update/response:I honestly didn’t expect my comment to be taken with seriousness. I appreciate the course of action in refunding the shipping. One things is for sure, the chain is great and my partner is happy with it. I apologize for such a low star rating, the item is what matters the most anyways.
