The customer service is really bad. I reached out 2 days ago as the necklace I bought already looks tarnished and it should have been a Christmas gift. Since it was on discount I can not just return it and no one is replying to my message. As I payed over $150 on one single item I would expect more in terms of customer communication and complaint handling.Would not recommend ordering from outside US
