Do not order from Miansai if you're not in the USA. I am based in the UK and I ordered a ring which turned out to be too small and had scratches. While trying to get a refund they have charged me £30 to return their product.Miansai does not appear to have a specfic customer service email address, emailing their general email address does not get you a response.
