I received the Kirsty Wildflower bag after my first order with this company. Unfortunately, it was disappointing, featuring a dull lining instead of the vibrant turquoise shown online. The bag felt more like a wash bag. While the company provided a return label, they refused to refund the full amount, excluding £3.50 for postage, which I wouldn't have paid had the website accurately represented the product. Overall, it was a very disappointing first experience with a store I had admired for a long time.
