Absolutely GREAT customer service, I ordered a bag which was larger than I expected. I emailed the company who answered my many, many questions, my return was dealt super quick, my return arrived with them before 10.30 and I had my replacement the next day.

I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly my parcel arrived! I didn't think it would come before Christmas, but it showed up on the 23rd after ordering just that Saturday! I got to wear it for my Christmas Eve dinner! It comes with two straps for various occasions and has plenty of space for all my belongings!
I received the Kirsty Wildflower bag after my first order with this company. Unfortunately, it was disappointing, featuring a dull lining instead of the vibrant turquoise shown online. The bag felt more like a wash bag. While the company provided a return label, they refused to refund the full amount, excluding £3.50 for postage, which I wouldn't have paid had the website accurately represented the product. Overall, it was a very disappointing first experience with a store I had admired for a long time.
