I placed this order on December 30. The seller later provided a tracking number, claiming the items had been shipped and delivered to me. However, upon checking with the logistics provider, it was confirmed that the shipment associated with this tracking number went to someone else entirely. The name, phone number, and delivery address do not match mine at all. I have requested that the seller provide verifiable proof of delivery, such as a signed receipt that shows my information. As of now, no such evidence has been provided. Given these circumstances, I have contacted my credit card issuer to initiate a transaction investigation and dispute.
