I placed this order on December 30. The seller later provided a tracking number, asserting that the items had been shipped and delivered. However, after checking with the logistics provider, it was confirmed that the shipment linked to this tracking number went to someone else entirely. The name, contact details, and delivery address do not match mine at all. I have asked the seller for verifiable proof of delivery, such as a signed receipt that includes my information. So far, no such proof has been provided. Due to these circumstances, I have reached out to my credit card issuer to initiate a transaction investigation and dispute.

I made a purchase in early October, but the products never arrived. I sent several follow-up emails, and the only response was that an 'updated tracking link' would be sent. No updates or solid delivery date have been provided. I raised a refund request but have received no feedback so far. The company has clearly breached the contract under consumer rights!

The site promises standard shipping within 2–5 working days, but as of October 3, I still have not received any delivery updates. My account shows one item as 'dispatched' and the other as 'preparing,' but nothing has been delivered. I emailed customer service for clarification and a delivery date but received no reply. I am left with no choice but to write this review in hopes that the seller takes action. I will wait until next week to escalate the issue with my bank.
Following up on my review from a few days ago, I emailed the seller again with a screenshot of my review urging them to take immediate action but received no response, which seems to be their standard practice. I contacted my bank after waiting two days and have raised a transaction dispute. I would never recommend this company.
Is this company a scam? I placed my order two weeks ago, and after 10 business days, there is still no update. I've emailed them multiple times, received slow responses twice, and now there has been no reply at all. If they don't dispatch my order soon, I want my money back and have emailed them again regarding this. I have no other option but to leave a negative review here.
I do not recommend this service. I ordered a bag a month ago and have yet to receive it. I've asked for a refund three times, and each time they claim it has been sent when it clearly hasn't. They provide unreasonable excuses for the delay and have refused to issue a refund. I am in the process of reporting them to the relevant authorities and urge anyone else affected to do the same.
I ordered a bag that was never dispatched. I have no idea what is happening; the order was placed weeks ago, and I have received no communication.
