I ordered two handbags on September 27 and completed payment the same day. The site promises standard shipping within 2–5 working days, but as of October 3, I still have not received any delivery updates. My account shows one item as 'dispatched' and the other as 'preparing,' but nothing has been delivered. I emailed customer service for clarification and a delivery date but received no reply. I am left with no choice but to write this review in hopes that the seller takes action. I will wait until next week to escalate the issue with my bank.
