My B2B account was approved and confirmed in mid-December, but it still shows as pending, most likely due to a system issue.Me and my colleague recently contacted both the B2B professional addresses and General Support, but haven’t received a response yet. The emails were sent from two different addresses, both containing “@arc”, if that helps.If there’s another way to contact you or a different channel we should use, we’d appreciate your guidance. We hope this can be resolved soon.
