Hello! I like Micadoni’s design and products and appreciate the resources you offer for professionals. My B2B account was approved and confirmed in mid-December, but it still shows as pending, most likely due to a system issue.Me and my colleague recently contacted both the B2B professional addresses and General Support, but haven’t received a response yet. The emails were sent from two different addresses, both containing “@arc”, if that helps.If there’s another way to contact you or a different channel we should use, we’d appreciate your guidance. We hope this can be resolved soon.
You can not simply return the goods. All emails on the website are NOT working, and all instructions are obsolete. The quality of the sofa is really NOT as in the picture on the internet. It is overpriced!!! Customer service is awful!
We purchased the Bellis corner sofa less than a year ago, and it is already falling apart. The entire sofa squeaks loudly — despite minimal use and no sleeping on it. For the price we paid, the quality is shockingly poor and absolutely unacceptable.Even worse, the company’s response under warranty was an insult: offering us around €100 or replacing just one part, while the whole sofa is defective. This is not customer service — it is avoidance and disrespect toward customers.I expected far more for the money and have never experienced such a disappointing product combined with such a dismissive approach to solving a problem. This will be my first and last purchase from them. Terrible quality, terrible service — avoid at all costs.
We configured the couch using the online configurator and were already confused during the process because it showed two right armrests. We assumed it was just a display error, which now seems to be the case. Upon delivery, we discovered that a left armrest was sent, even though the system had shown two right ones.What made the situation even more frustrating: Micadoni charged us €200 for the pickup of the incorrect part. While the wrong piece was refunded, we had to reorder and pay for the correct part ourselves. Micadoni took no responsibility for what appears to be a clear configurator error.We received the new couch part today, and unfortunately the backrest is loose and already making noises. In addition, our order #40545 is missing the Modular Sofa Connectors, even though they were clearly listed in the order overview.Overall, a very disappointing experience both in terms of product quality and customer service, especially the lack of willingness to acknowledge obvious system issues. Person on the phone was also obviously annoyed.Update from 15th of December:On the day of delivery I wrote an email regarding the loose backrest. The response was that it has to be our fault because they check all parts before delivery so they are not willing to replace it or repair it.No words for that.
