We configured the couch using the online configurator and were already confused during the process because it showed two right armrests. We assumed it was just a display error, which now seems to be the case. Upon delivery, we discovered that a left armrest was sent, even though the system had shown two right ones.What made the situation even more frustrating: Micadoni charged us €200 for the pickup of the incorrect part. While the wrong piece was refunded, we had to reorder and pay for the correct part ourselves. Micadoni took no responsibility for what appears to be a clear configurator error.We received the new couch part today, and unfortunately the backrest is loose and already making noises. In addition, our order #40545 is missing the Modular Sofa Connectors, even though they were clearly listed in the order overview.Overall, a very disappointing experience both in terms of product quality and customer service, especially the lack of willingness to acknowledge obvious system issues. Person on the phone was also obviously annoyed.Update from 15th of December:On the day of delivery I wrote an email regarding the loose backrest. The response was that it has to be our fault because they check all parts before delivery so they are not willing to replace it or repair it.No words for that.
