We purchased the Bellis corner sofa less than a year ago, and it is already falling apart. The entire sofa squeaks loudly — despite minimal use and no sleeping on it. For the price we paid, the quality is shockingly poor and absolutely unacceptable.Even worse, the company’s response under warranty was an insult: offering us around €100 or replacing just one part, while the whole sofa is defective. This is not customer service — it is avoidance and disrespect toward customers.I expected far more for the money and have never experienced such a disappointing product combined with such a dismissive approach to solving a problem. This will be my first and last purchase from them. Terrible quality, terrible service — avoid at all costs.
