We received our dining table(Dustin) after more than two months of waiting. Unfortunately, one assembly part was missing, which we had to buy ourselves from a local hardware store, and the screw holes between the tabletop and the legs were not made, so the table still cannot be assembled.We reported the issue almost two weeks ago (case no. MIC_38422_1_CHX427), but have not received any update so far. The company does not accept phone complaints — only email communication is possible, which makes the process even more frustrating.The table itself looks great, but it’s very disappointing that after such a long wait and limited communication, we still can’t use it.Order number: 38422Case number: MIC_38422_1_CHX427
