I am updating my review to reflect the final outcome.I ordered a sofa with a promised delivery time of 3–5 weeks. The delivery took over 9 weeks and was rescheduled multiple times (12.09., 19.09., 22.09., 29.09.), often without clear communication. At one point, customer service admitted the sofa had been damaged in transport and suggested I accept it anyway.Communication was extremely slow at times (several days without replies, phone unreachable), which caused significant frustration and inconvenience.The sofa was eventually delivered. Both sofas had small tears in the fabric on the underside (not visible during normal use). After further escalation, Micadoni provided a partial refund, which I appreciate.Summary:– Product quality: very good– Delivery & logistics: very poor– Communication: unreliable– Resolution: acceptable, but only after strong pressureI recommend future customers be prepared for possible delays and to document everything carefully.Order date: 22.07.2025Order number: 38137
