I started the NO Fins No Worries course 2 months ago. It is a very comprehensive course covering all the aspects of how to train for No Fins. I made a quick review of each of the sections as an overview of the whole course. I then went back to the beginning and worked my way through. However, I was particularly interested in the dry training exercises for strength and stretching. Michaela provided a range of exercises from which you can develop your own programs. I also appreciated the pool training schedules for beginner, intermediate and advanced divers. From these you can then adapt them as you gain more experience. Michaela also lays out the pathway to competition in a freediving periodism program over 5 months which is very useful. Michaela shows a great interest in you as a person, which shows through in the regular meet ups, online, when you can ask any questions that are important to you. Michaela is a real ambassador for freediving through her competitions and promotion of freediving in the community. I highly recommend this course to anyone who want to improve their no fins freediving.
