I brought a small L letter online using afterpay and it was around Xmas time and forgot about it till I got a message to rate my experience. I went in to collect this item at that time and they said I had already collected it and they ask for ID also I must have it . I NEVER collected this ! I called the complaints team and after telling them what happened they said they would get back and again no reply back . So who got my item !? Never have I had this happen in any store .
