I have made two large purchases with Michael Hill in Canberra and Belconnen and both have been great experiences. Having had experience working in jewellery myself, I was impressed with the retail assistant's knowledge and customer service skills. Both times I had to send the ring away for resizing, and both times it was either included in the purchase price or free. I loved not being dropped with "another cost" as I have with other jewellers. Highly recommend the teams and stores in Civic and Belco. Thanks!
