Initially, I had high hopes based on positive feedback about the service, but my actual experience turned out to be extremely disappointing. Communication was effective at first, but it ceased completely once I moved into the flat in October 2024. For the entire 11 months of my tenancy, I encountered an astonishing level of incompetence and negligence from the estate agents. I was left in a filthy, mouldy flat, with almost no response regarding the maintenance issues I raised. After months of being ignored, I had to contact the local council, which prompted a brief response from the service. However, I was still left with a bathroom infested with silverfish, a strong odor, and deteriorating conditions. Upon my early departure in September 2025 due to these issues, the service attempted to unjustly withhold my deposit. Fortunately, I was able to contest this and recover my money, but I recognize that many others may not be so fortunate. The Tenancy Deposit Scheme ultimately saw through their dishonest claims. They even tried to blame me for a broken sink that was already damaged before my arrival, and sought to charge me for plumbing services and cleaning fees for conditions that were already unsatisfactory. I genuinely hope this isn’t typical for such a reputed name, but I cannot recommend anyone to rent or buy through this service.
