I had a very disappointing experience with the service. I placed an order last week, and after completing the payment, the shipping address was changed automatically without my approval. When I contacted the support team, they were not helpful and informed me that only the carrier could address the issue. However, the carrier also couldn't assist, and I was left going back and forth with no resolution. Despite multiple promises of callbacks from supervisors and reassurances about a refund, I never received any follow-up or compensation. Ultimately, the order was sent to the wrong address, and I had no way to retrieve it or get a refund. The lack of support and communication was incredibly frustrating. I have been a loyal customer for years, but this incident has led me to decide against ordering from them in the future, and I will be recommending my friends do the same.
