When I contacted the support team, they were unhelpful and informed me that only the carrier could address the issue. However, the carrier also couldn’t assist, and I found myself stuck in a cycle with no resolution. Despite multiple promises of callbacks from supervisors and assurances of a refund, I never received any follow-up or compensation. Ultimately, the order was delivered to the wrong address, leaving me unable to retrieve it or get a refund. The lack of support and communication from the company was incredibly frustrating. I have been a loyal customer for years, but this experience has led me to decide against ordering from them again, and I will advise my friends to do the same.
