I previously bought a bed from the company and was thrilled with both the service and the product. So, when I needed a kitchen table, I returned. The sales representative was helpful, and we agreed on an 8-week delivery time. After 10 weeks with no table or updates, I called the store, only to be told to wait another week. After a second week passed without any communication, I called again and was informed of production delays that would take an additional 4 weeks. I chose to cancel my order. They then promised delivery in 2 weeks, but I had lost trust by then. That was on September 10. Despite multiple calls and emails, my £350 deposit has yet to be refunded, forcing me to initiate a chargeback through my bank. It's unfortunate because the products and staff are commendable, but the lack of aftercare has deterred me from returning.
