The staff were rude, and once I stopped spending money, I was completely ignored. They claim to be a family-run business, but there was a clear lack of care for customers. After my negative experience, I discovered that many of the positive reviews were from staff I had interacted with. Prices were significantly higher than at other places, and the quality was mediocre. I found a much better experience elsewhere.

After a second week passed without any communication, I called again and was informed of production delays that would take an additional 4 weeks. I chose to cancel my order. They then promised delivery in 2 weeks, but I had lost trust by then. That was on September 10. Despite multiple calls and emails, my £350 deposit has yet to be refunded, forcing me to initiate a chargeback through my bank. It's unfortunate because the products and staff are commendable, but the lack of aftercare has deterred me from returning.
I was informed that my new sofa would be delivered in 4-6 weeks after ordering on March 9. Now, I'm being told it will take 3 months. They've only responded to one of my four emails inquiring about the delivery timeline. The customer service has been dreadful, and their delivery time claims are misleading.
I called the shop and spoke with a representative who was incredibly helpful. We were interested in bar stools and needed additional measurements. The representative quickly measured and called me back with the dimensions, then placed the order for me, mentioning a delivery timeline of about 6 weeks. I received a call confirming the stools were ready for delivery the following week, which went smoothly. The delivery person unboxed the stools and explained how to assemble them. Overall, excellent service, and I would recommend this company.
