I ordered online on Dec. 7 2024, as of Dec. 20 2024 I still do not have half of my order, the courier they used was Purolator, during a Postal Strike, really!!!! I called and the person I was talking to told me it was out of their hands now and its the problem of the courier, I asked if they could help me as the reason for non delivery did not make any sense as it says weather issues of which there is none and he repeated that its their problem and just hung up on me. The courier service is no better just told they hope to get it out sooner or later????? I am out over $70.00 and have no confidence I will ever see the items, too bad as a few were gift for my grandchildren. I will never use their online ordering again, there is zero support, zero customer service and there is no one to help you at all. If I could rate it zero I would
