I strongly advise against trusting this company. They claim my package has been delivered, but it has not arrived. The last tracking showed it was in a completely different city, over an hour away. When I reported the issue, they informed me that I need to file a police report for them to assist me. This must be done within three days of the alleged delivery, and I'm nearly at that limit without any meaningful contact from them. I will be reporting this to the authorities and will dispute the charge on my credit card. This company is completely untrustworthy.
