He took the time to teach all the basics, provided valuable tips throughout the day, and constantly offered help to ensure everyone was safe and having fun.What impressed us most was seeing some of our team, who were complete novices at the beginning of the day, confidently riding hills, roots, streams, and tackling obstacles by lunchtime. It was a testament to the excellent guidance and supportive environment Mick Exstance created.Overall, it was a fantastic day out that exceeded all expectations.
