It’s too reliant to ai and you cannot even write anything - their interview process is too much without the ability to cope up; questions get more difficult as if we are ai’s too. The ai expects us to answer everything verbally, when in the real job, it doesn’t work that way, how can you gather data by memorizing? Expecting us to recall everything or solve everything without any tool is absurd and doesn’t reflect real job performance. Instead of skills evaluation, it felt like a test endurance lol! Overall, it made the whole experience unnecessarily stressful and disappointing. Will not recommend.
