Review Time
I have a question regarding the procurement position test: there is a mathematical error in the task. The sum of several elements is calculated incorrectly, and this incorrect total appears several times throughout the task.
So my question is: what is the correct approach — should I point out the mistake, or should I use the incorrect data provided?
Some demands seems to be overwhelmingly strictly for these interview.
Although I understand that it may a necessity, now a days, have only the Laptop monitor being used, it is not a real scenario, and makes no sense since it is also demanded to share the entire screen, which could be extended to all the screens attached.
I thought the interview was going to be full of mistakes because it was my first time with an AI interview, but Zara is quite accurate in what she hears and says; I really felt that what I was saying was being well received and able to understand what I meant.
It was totally a wonderful Interview conducted by AI Ms. Zara and I felt like I was honoured to take this Micro1 test which made me so enjoyable during the Interview panel. Thanx & Regards

It’s too reliant to ai and you cannot even write anything - their interview process is too much without the ability to cope up; questions get more difficult as if we are ai’s too. The ai expects us to answer everything verbally, when in the real job, it doesn’t work that way, how can you gather data by memorizing? Expecting us to recall everything or solve everything without any tool is absurd and doesn’t reflect real job performance. Instead of skills evaluation, it felt like a test endurance lol! Overall, it made the whole experience unnecessarily stressful and disappointing. Will not recommend.
