Micro Center has been my go-to for anything tech since I got my first PC about two years ago. I’ve bought a prebuilt PC, a motherboard–CPU combo, and multiple monitors, and I’ve only ever had one issue.
The only issue I had was that one of the monitors I preordered wasn’t ready when I showed up to the store (on Black Friday, I might add). To compensate, they gave me a free upgrade to a 165Hz monitor.
Their customer support is also excellent. I had to contact them for a driver issue, and the problem was solved within 30 minutes thanks to Rico T at the Dallas location.
Overall, this is a great company, and I’ll definitely be back.
