Absolutely terrible service! They failed to include the house number on the parcel address, which I discovered after researching. They attempted delivery twice? I received an email stating the parcel was delivered on a specific date, but the photos were of the wrong house! I checked that house, and it wasn’t ours. Still waiting since a previous date. I emailed customer service and received no response. Is it an administrative issue or perhaps the parcel is lost?
