The driver threw my parcel over an 8 foot high fence onto the concrete carpark of my work on a Saturday when our offices are not open.
It was camera gear!
What disgraceful delivery…I will be making notes to suppliers from now on to cancel my order if they have to use Micro Express….they will never be delivering to me again!
I ordered crystal glasses for Christmas. The delivery was carelessly thrown over the gate into the driveway. The gate is right there; why not just open it and deliver properly? This service is absolutely unacceptable.
Awful delivery service. They left my parcel in the driveway right next to the front gate, clearly visible for anyone passing by to take. They didn't even ring the doorbell, and I was home to hear it. If you’re expecting a delivery from this service, be cautious as they clearly don’t care about your package.
The service picked up my parcel from a depot and informed me it would arrive within 3 days. I checked my phone at 4am and found an email stating it was delivered at 11pm the previous night. It wasn’t on my doorstep, so I checked the post box and discovered it was left on the sidewalk on the other side of the fence. No response from customer support regarding my feedback.
Absolutely terrible service! They failed to include the house number on the parcel address, which I discovered after researching. They attempted delivery twice? I received an email stating the parcel was delivered on a specific date, but the photos were of the wrong house! I checked that house, and it wasn’t ours. Still waiting since a previous date. I emailed customer service and received no response. Is it an administrative issue or perhaps the parcel is lost?
