I purchased Windows 10 and Microsoft office 365 in August to update my Dell Inspiron Laptop. On installing the Windows 10 and Microsoft 365, the Laptop crashed. I traded in the Laptop at Currys PC world, Uk and got a new Dell Inspiron and thought all problems solved.To my horror I realised on 29th September that the email account I used to purchase windows 10 got hacked (I think someone from Microsoft itself) and created a fake outllook account and through that hacked all my outlook and yahoo and linkedin accounts. They are sending emails to all my contacts world over, asking for money.Since September 29th, I am talking and mailing to Microsoft customer support, including their data protection officer. But they have no idea on how to support or deactivate a fake outlook account!!!!They are all just diverting and closing the query!When Bill Gates is travelling world over and teaching everyone what to do, I was appalled to see the employees of his company Microsoft has no idea on how to support their distressed customer or safeguard their customer's data. No empathy to Microsoft customers at all! SAD.......
