My email account was deleted without explanation. I've tried to recover it and filled out the form correctly over 15 times, yet it's always rejected. The live chat was unhelpful and ended my session twice when they couldn't resolve the issue. I'm incredibly disappointed with this service.

Major Bug Disruption

There was a recent update that introduced new features, but it also caused a significant bug where the taskbar wouldn't appear. It's incredibly frustrating. Luckily, some of my apps were still on the screen, or I wouldn't be able to communicate this.

For self-employed individuals and small businesses, this service is a nightmare. It's been 32 days since I reported an issue with accessing my business email, and it remains unresolved. They took over three weeks just to respond, and I've spent nearly two hours on hold trying to reach an engineer. This has cost me clients and revenue. If you're a small business owner, stay away from this service.

This company only cares about profits and not about providing quality service. They disregard individual circumstances and strictly adhere to their terms and conditions. I mistakenly deposited money into my account, and they refuse to refund it. Once the money is there, it's theirs to keep. Opt for free alternatives instead.
