When I contacted the support team, they initially offered me a discounted refund, which wasn’t useful for me. My follow-up emails regarding their return policy were ignored, and it took five days for them to respond after multiple attempts. When I finally returned the package, I had to reach out again to confirm receipt before they processed my refund, which could take up to 10 working days. Despite not using the pen, I found their support team to be quite ineffective, and I won't be purchasing from them again. Their lack of support reflects poorly on the professionalism of the company.
