In comparison to other styluses, I find this one to be much more functional and worth the investment! I really enjoy its AI features that help me generate ideas and scripts instantly for my content creation. I've only been using it for a short time, so I can't comment on its long-term durability.
To begin with, I never used the pen I ordered. I received it along with a free screen protector, but I ended up not needing it as I was gifted another stylus. When I contacted the support team, they initially offered me a discounted refund, which wasn’t useful for me. My follow-up emails regarding their return policy were ignored, and it took five days for them to respond after multiple attempts. When I finally returned the package, I had to reach out again to confirm receipt before they processed my refund, which could take up to 10 working days. Despite not using the pen, I found their support team to be quite ineffective, and I won't be purchasing from them again. Their lack of support reflects poorly on the professionalism of the company.
The product arrived as promised, but unfortunately the free item that was supposed to come with my purchase did not. This was my oversight, not the company’s. Even though I emailed them on a Saturday, they responded that evening to apologize and informed me that the missing item would be sent out first thing Monday, which it was. The customer service was exceptional, and I will certainly be buying from them again and recommending the company to friends and family.
I ordered my pen about a week ago, and it arrived very quickly. I absolutely love it! I showed it to my partner, and he was impressed as well. I've recommended it to all my friends and family. I appreciate how quickly I can send messages, whether by writing or typing, and the eraser function is great for correcting mistakes. Thank you for bringing joy into my life!
My pen stopped working after a month. I contacted the company and was asked to send a video demonstrating the issue, which I did promptly. However, after two weeks and multiple follow-up emails regarding a resolution or refund, I received no response. This has been a frustrating experience, but shortly after posting my review, they reached out to apologize and offered two free pens as compensation. The new pens arrived as promised, and I'm currently using one to write this update. I have adjusted my rating to 4 stars due to their follow-up.
I ordered a stylus for my daughter a couple of weeks ago. It worked fine until this Monday when it wouldn't charge. It seemed to overheat while plugged in. I emailed about the issue days ago but have yet to receive a response. The customer service is terrible, and the quality does not compare to the original stylus. I feel deceived as the product was marketed as high-quality, but it’s not. I would rather pay more for the original than buy from them again.
