I ordered a stylus for my daughter a couple of weeks ago. It worked fine until this Monday when it wouldn't charge. It seemed to overheat while plugged in. I emailed about the issue days ago but have yet to receive a response. The customer service is terrible, and the quality does not compare to the original stylus. I feel deceived as the product was marketed as high-quality, but it’s not. I would rather pay more for the original than buy from them again.
