Ordered a midas pen last week which had a 2/3 business day delivery on it. After 3 days it still wasn’t even dispatched. Just contacted them snd they’re saying it might get delivered sometime next week si still not received it and customer service is very poor i had to chase them. Avoid.
Was given the reason about warehouse transfer for delay in postage, Then when posted had the debacle of Royal Mail sending it everywhere but my house (their misprint on the label (bought through Apple Pay so all details were correct) Customer support was useless. Finally arrived today and is no better than a £9.00 model I bought off Temu, they look the same except for a different name. I WILL NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN.
