Review Time
I’ve been charged twice for different amounts, and I’m now monitoring the situation to see if it resolves. My saddle pads are delayed, and I haven’t received any response regarding a shipping refund due to the delay. Now I’m being prompted to provide a review even though I still don’t have my product. I could easily shop with competitors without the stress this order is causing.
I have nothing but praise for the saddle pads I received. They are of the highest quality, feature a beautiful deep color, are easy to clean, and are securely attached! The delivery was fairly prompt, and I appreciated the email updates provided. Each order was well packaged and arrived in excellent condition (I placed three separate orders).
The shirt was smaller than expected. I own 20 ps of Sweden shirts and this was tiny. The quality was not as good as you use to be. Thinner , shorter, I could buy the same at target. And after shipping and returns - I wasted $40 on a shirt that you made that wasn’t the high quality ps of Sweden that you use to be. I’m done buying from you. Your a waste of money
The package came in a transparent bag - it was very boring when it was a gift for someone in the house. It was delivered to the door so I had no way to hide it when the child was home before me. Otherwise I would have given full marks - fast delivery and good products.
The courier service, UPS, they are absolutely useless! Strongly suggest you use a more reliable service! My partner to whom the saddle pad was to be delivered, lives in the countryside to where nobody delivers, so packages/parcels are addressed to her but using the address in the village of the post office, from where she collects. However UPS refused to a post office; asking me to select an alternative; a UPS supported drop off point! This is inconvenient and pointless, what’s the difference from that and the post office?? And, at the moment I believe the UPS notification I had a few hours ago was advising me that it again, had not been delivered, not even now to their preferred location. So, as it stands the saddle pad has not been delivered; if, and it’s a big if, but if I ever order from you again please do not send by UPS. I strongly suggest you consider changing anyway, nobody can be worse so why not try another company??
Incredibly friendly and helpful customer support , they reply fast and are always super kind . They try to make everything right , to be honest one of the best customer support experiences I’ve ever had so far :) and nice products with good quality!
