A conscientious customer rep; name is Jen, worked with me on a complex problem here in Sioux Falls SD. She worked tirelessly checking on whether or not my anti-virus program was a real problem involving my router or not. She took me thru all the steps necessary to indeed show that the Midco router was up to date on its software..turns out she discovered the problem was likely my free anti-virus app...and IT WAS, I found out.
