Our request for an updated equity loan was prompty addressed by another Mid-Key representative, Matt Norris, who was not the one we had dealt with previously-Amanda Hall. Pleasantly surprised, Matt helped us just as well as Amanda. It was obvious to us that Mid-Key had a good process which followed a good due diligence path, and so the info Matt asked was already familiar to us. A few complications aroused which Matt resolved quickly. Another obvious point was that both representatives were extremely professional and personable. The new equity loan was finalised within days of the date Matt had projected (subject to all info we needed to provide). The e-loan document process by Mid Key's solicitor "FMS" was also easy to use and efficient.This was amazing as it allowed us to go into 2025 with the ability to achieve my goals.
