I booked a private appointment expecting better service and clearer results, but I was mistaken. The sonographer was not welcoming; when I asked questions, she insisted on focusing on the scan. After the scan, I inquired about the clarity of the results, and she assured me it was clear. However, the report later stated that they couldn’t see much due to gas in my stomach. Why not inform me during the scan? I feel like I wasted money, and now I will attend my appointment with the public health service, which advised me not to eat six hours before the scan—information I wasn’t given here. I won't use this service again.
